What are you excited to do as part of ACM this year? I’m excited to work towards making ACM more engaging, relevant, and helpful for students, especially as we adapt to changing circumstances. Looking forward to planning events and helping incoming students find their place in the Allen School!
Favorite non-CSE activities: I love baking and decorating sweet treats (and then eating them!) and I often experiment with new flavor combinations or recreate paintings on cakes. In my free time, I also enjoy skating, hiking, cooking, and exploring the city!

What are you excited to do as part of ACM this year? I'm really excited to see what role ACM plays in next year's "hybrid" / virtual circumstances and how we are going to revamp our career/internship workshops!
Favorite non-CSE activities: Outside of CS, I love trying new recipes, working in coffee shops, and exploring the beautiful PNW. My all-time favorite TV Show is The Office and I also love to read.

What are you excited to do as part of ACM this year? I’m excited to plan engaging virtual/hybrid events and help current and incoming Allen school students feel connected to the CSE community, even with the unconventional circumstances.
Favorite non-CSE activities: I enjoy making things, be it arts and crafts, baked goods, crocheted items, etc. I also love reading (especially sci-fi), playing video games (mostly Nintendo Switch), and playing board games with friends!

What are you excited to do as part of ACM this year? The events planned by ACM have given me the opportunity to form meaningful relationships with my peers! I’m thrilled to give back as an ACM officer by helping you all get to know your peers better and make the Allen School community feel like a second home. :)
Favorite non-CSE activities: I love playing badminton! I’m not sure what makes it so fun – maybe it’s how strategic badminton can be, how multidimensional of a sport it is, but what’s for sure is the awesome community I’ve formed from it!

What are you excited to do as part of ACM this year? I’m excited to work on helping build a strong sense of community within the department, particularly in a potentially nontraditional virtual / hybrid environment. I hope to engage all the incoming students that might feel left out in this situation.
Favorite non-CSE activities: I love watching all kinds of movies, both in theaters and out. I also really enjoy reading, even if I don’t read as often as I would like to. And, of course, I enjoy eating — who doesn’t?

What are you excited to do as part of ACM this year? I’m excited to plan and execute several events that will hopefully bring the CSE community even closer. More specifically, I look forward to the events that will integrate the class of 2024 within our community. I am excited to work with the ACM board to accomplish all of this!
Favorite non-CSE activities: I enjoy watching Netflix and YouTube. My current obsession is Elite. I highly recommend it to anyone, especially those who love mystery and thriller.

What are you excited to do as part of ACM this year? I am excited to see what new events ACM is going to come up with in order to facilitate community bonding, with the potential for a hybrid quarter this fall.
Favorite non-CSE activities: In my free time, I often go skiing during the winter and hiking during summer. When I don’t have time to get outside, I enjoy playing video games with my brother.

Favorite non-CSE activities: I’ve been a dancer for 12 years now, and I’m part of a dance team on campus called UW Raas! I also love to spend time outdoors, hike, paint, take photos, and listen to music.

What are you excited to do as part of ACM this year? I’m excited for the opportunities to make meaningful connections within the CSE department and to be more involved in the Allen School. I’m also looking forward to planning fun events to help everyone feel more connected during these online quarters!
Favorite non-CSE activities: I love oil painting (especially landscapes), calligraphy, and clarinet -- so anything to do with creativity in the arts! I also enjoy cooking, being in nature and spending quality time with family and friends.

Favorite non-CSE activities: I like playing sports like football, spikeball, and volleyball with friends. I’ve also started listening to podcasts as a way to unwind and explore new ideas (“Not Overthinking” by Ali & Taimur Abdaal is a good one that dives into topics such as happiness, creativity, and the human condition).

What are you excited to do as part of ACM this year? I'm excited to be involved in the CSE community and the Allen School, even if virtually. I hope to help organize some fun events and build cohesiveness in the new DA class!
Favorite non-CSE activities: I like to swim, play frisbee, drink coffee (anything iced and caramel mm), and make playlists on Spotify! Currently watching Community on Netflix and listening to Doja Cat on repeat.

Favorite non-CSE activities: I enjoy volunteering, pretending I know how to bake, and spending time with my poodle Laika. I love reading books (and I'm always looking for recommendations) and watching animated films.

What are you excited to do as part of ACM this year? Being new to UW and the Allen School, I'm excited to meet all of the amazing students that make up ACM and help create an environment that fosters personal and academic growth as well as community!
Favorite non-CSE activities: In my free time, I enjoy running & hiking, trying new restaurants, going to concerts, dabbling in theatre/acting, gaming, and spending time with friends. I also enjoy watching soccer and baseball, as well as playing in amateur soccer leagues.

What are you excited to do as part of ACM this year? I'm excited to help students navigate the remote learning environment and learn from them about what is and isn't working in our classes. I also hope to help maintain a sense of community when we're not able to be together in person.
Favorite non-CSE activities: Outside of the Allen School, I enjoy playing board games, solving puzzles, and watching sports. I'm also an active high school football official, and a regular volunteer with FIRST Robotics.
